Removing Copilot from Outlook email

Linda L you nailed it! Microsoft needs to listen! If there’s no option to remove copilot by next years 360 renewal I’ll be dumping my old PC and moving entirely to apple as will my family! I used Office originally as it was the work standard. I’ve stuck with 360 through 7 years of retirement But the price is increasing and the product is being degraded by copilot, who knows what it’s doing behind the scenes to our privacy? I’m currently getting 60 spam e-mails a day from the USA this is only since copilot appeared on our PC:s and I’m in the UK.

I do think copilot is more a gremlin, does anyone need to have an incoming email summarised! 😂🤣🤬🤬🤬

I know y'all r borg and do not care but all AI integration is getting pushback. Do we need the State DA's to sue you? We've been asking for the OPTION to Disable or for the product to be installed or removed independently, And yowl keep going with your blind ambition to add AI that is NOT AI.

Co Pilot does not seem to AI'ish at all. It's baby, incomplete and lacks judgment, just like your continued forcing your PAYING customers to use its, when it does not help.

AI, so far, has done best at research, randomizing work, and searching.

None of these is involved or better than your previous email tools, which were excellent.

Here are some of our issues:

: takes up space and makes navigating more difficult for those with vision issues. When resizing, magnifying, changing screen resolution, etc, the Additional width and vertical lines require scrolling.

Scrolling is more complicated with layers of visual assistance. W/o the additional with and lines used, most of my email did not require any scrolling. Layout wise, it's terrible.

: We are concerned that our email is now part of an additional database and is even less secure.

Now, we can't pretend that our Microsoft email is secure. It's being used without our consent for unknown uses.

: The summaries are horrendous, inaccurate, add new information, misunderstand information, and tend to be longer than the original email. They are not summaries. They include email header information, mailing list wrappers and do not highlight the new details.

: Thel help in writing do not understand some people's "style". Me, as a female professional engineer, is made of sound subservient, submissive, needy, and seems to offer sex. When I give it a try, I am vommitting, give feedback, delete it, reboot all, I am not a hooker, or ****. How dare you? Feedback on this issue does not change anything.. I do not "LOVE" everything about you, your product, etc. I will NOT do "ANYTHING" to get attention from you. I do not know what culture this is appropriate for, but I do not believe the terms used would even be ok there. Or alternative wording would not be ok. I did not think American MEN would ever use the phrases, even with emails with their romantic relationships. Email is not texting... And in what culture do we say that we are unworthy, and you are better than we are? None of MY emails have ever used these phrases. So, email assistance is less than worthless, it's useless. And I've found, even when not using CoPilot to create emails, that my emails are sometimes edited after I hit send with this nonSense. Is Microsoft now forcing its users into the sex industry, or human trafficking? Please fix. Or let me disable, Or let me remove. It's terribly broken,.

If you want beta testers, there are many people interested in doing so. Ans they might even do it for free product, access, etc.

Yesterday, hotmail.com, outlook web access email ,etc, had horrible issues which were fixed immediately.

So, I know you can do it... Please give us the option to remove Co-Pilot, or disable it.

Since this conversation started in January there has been a very clear message to Microsoft that many, many users object to the intrusive nature of Co-Pilot and the insistence of Microsoft that no option to disable this will be provided. The contributions are all (so far as one can judge) formerly loyal and satisfied users of Microsoft products. The company needs to listen and, if it does not, market competition will eventually resolve the issue to Microsoft’s loss. As a Microsoft representative you have a responsibility to the company to represent the very strong views expressed. And the Company has a duty to listen to its clients. Any business, however powerful, is ultimately answerable to its customers. Microsoft, listen and act now.

No, they do not care as to why they install all their NWO updates without our consent. To add insult they added that copilot nonsense to spy and scan our supposed to be personal emails.

Yeah! BTW, we paid for this product. Why am I contributing to your sw dev? It'd be different if you offered the product for free, to help test, provide base data, qa,, honestly. But nah. I don't want to rant. I want the product fixed. I see the summary improving from my feedback. Should we wreck that with false bad info? Would that work?
