Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

    Thanks Yung,

However, the hundreds and hundreds of previously saved blocked senders I accumulated over many years is still wiped out. I have tried to give feedback as you suggested.

    Best wishes,

    Fiona

    Hi Fung(2),

    Thanks for your response.

This seems to be an error on the web page. But the function is still there.

The way to complete the operation is as follows.

You enter the e-mail address you want to block normally and click 'Save'. Your page may be refreshed after you have clicked 'Save'. You will notice that the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner is still clickable.

Note that you should not click 'Save' at this point. You click on 'Discard'. After that you will see what you stored last time. The function works fine.

This seems to be an error on the page. I suggest you click on 'Help-Feedback' above to give feedback on this issue.

    Best Wish

I did manage to get through to chat and they gave me these instructions. The instructions were provided by a bot. I do not know if they work or not.
