I have a paid subscription to Microsoft 365.
In Outlook on my pixel, I am seeing ads that I don't see on my notebook or desktop device.
If I delete 1 ad, another replaces it.
This is a new (less than a week) happening.
It's annoying, especially since I pay for Microsoft 365 and have for many years.

I have paid version also and still see these fucking ads.

Well, I got there eventually! It strikes me though that this was completely unnecessary. I pay for a subscription, my own email address is/or was the main address listed in my account. I have Microsoft 365 installed on my phone and my PC and both are logged in. There is literally no reason for making us go through this debacle as everything was already linked. Surely a company of Microsoft stature should be capable if catching enough information to avoid this issue. I now have yet another email address that I'll never use.
think it's pretty obvious - it's a feature of the paid for service
like if you buy a car with a satnav, and the car drives well but the satnav doesn't work, you don't expect someone to say "you can use a standalone satnav, or your phone, or an atlas, what are you complaining about?"
Louis, your reply was lame at best and also problematic because this only seems to have become a problem in the last week/ month ago, depending on where in the world you live .

I have been using Outlook on my various phones for years, with no Ads whatsoever. Why the step change?
What the hell does "free users mean"? It would appear that all of us have paid yearly subscriptions to Microsoft and as with other subscriptions that we have all paid for on other websites, we should be able to use them across all devices, including our mobile phones.
Microsoft, you need to sort this out immediately, it is completely unfair of you to do this. You are now getting greedy, me thinks and want us to pay more? Really??? You will inevitably see a mass migration away from Outlook, if you continue with this heinous crime. You are robbing us of our freedom and the choices we have had for years! Please resolve this ASAP!
did you ever need to transfer the app from say an older phone to a new one? it wont transfer totally from one to the other on android. i was wondering if the same applies to apple....
