how can I remove the ads from my email in outlook on my android phone?

I have a paid subscription to Microsoft 365.

In Outlook on my pixel, I am seeing ads that I don't see on my notebook or desktop device.

If I delete 1 ad, another replaces it.

This is a new (less than a week) happening.

It's annoying, especially since I pay for Microsoft 365 and have for many years.

    This is a useless reply. I, like so many others on this page, have attempted to make contact with MS in order to find out what is happening and why. This is new! I have a paid subscription and yet the ads continue. I was on hold for an hour today hoping to speak to someone at one of the world's richest corporations. Nothing. I think it is time for me to ditch the Outlook app and find something else as an email provider. Useless.

    Louis.Yang-MFST Your reply to this issue that many of us are experiencing, really wasn't very helpful.

    As far as I'm aware, there's no such thing as "free outlook" for anyone. You have to have a Microsoft account which we have all paid for, therefore all privileges which are accredited to our pc's, tablets or laptops, should also apply to our mobile phones.

    This issue is now becoming very annoying to all of us.

    Please ask Microsoft to fix it.

    I think I had to create and outlook.com email address that I don't use for anything as an MS365 alias. Nuts but what it is.

    I fixed it using the above instructions but forgot the one of a few extra steps that made it finally take. I need to think awhile.

    Edit: I thunk a bit. I added a NEW outlook.com account and switched my alias to that. Plus, if I recall correctly it took a bit for it take.

    **********WARNING************

    Do NOT Click on "Try the new Outlook" at the top right corner. I will seriously bork your ability to get your mail. I have been a professional and personal user of the MS eco-system since 1986. MS is really beginning to suck.

    I already have an outlook.com alias - have for while. This is a new issue (seems on mobile only)
