My account has been hacked and I need to speak to customer support

How do I get a hold of a live person in customer support regarding my account being hacked and accounts being made in my name? This is regarding Microsoft 365, Azure, word, excel, one note , live, outlook, gaming, office and many more. There seems to be scammers pretending to be Microsoft support agents. This is very frustrating and stressful to say the least.

I your letter describes exactly the emotions I felt when I put in my live password and it was incorrect. The huge thing was it was correct but under that it said " your password was changed xxxx days ago" . I was in jail during that period of time and there's no way I changed it. My phone was stolen and the theif used it to gain acesses to personal information . What blows my mind is how microsoft failed to stop someone impersonating me and has doubts that I am who I say I am. I have had that live account fir 25 years, after all that time microsoft can't even tell the difference between me and a bad actor

    Additional details....

Microsoft Online Customer Support Defects are helping with the identity theft of my friends and my inability to get back into my Microsoft account.

    1. Hackers hijacked my Microsoft account and my Yahoo account. Hackers turned on Microsoft Authenticator. Yahoo was able to get me back into my Yahoo account, but I can't get back into my Microsoft account (my OneDrive files, family photos, to-do lists, and hotmail, etc...) because my old phone number was still in the Microsoft account, instead of my cell phone number, for verification. And, the hackers turned on Microsoft Authenticator. So, hackers have been using my Microsoft email address to change passwords in all of my main apps (LinkedIn to know where I live, Facebook, Ebay, Etsy, Target, Walmart, etc...). I couldn't log into many apps like these, which uses my Microsoft email address as my login.. And many apps won't let me back in until I regain my Microsoft account. Sooner or later, the hackers may get into an app which has even more private info, leading to identity theft.
    2. My friend's hotmail was also hacked. And, the hackers got into other accounts, using her hotmail as the username, to steal even more private info. With the private info, the hackers got into her bank, opened up loans, and logged into her government accounts to claim benefits a few months later. My friend asked me to report this because she is not technical enough to figure out how to report this to Microsoft.
    3. Another friend, whose email was also hacked, currently has it even worse. The hackers took everything, including controlling her house's WiFi. So, the FBI is now looking into it. If something doesn't change with the Microsoft support system defects soon, more and more people will be suffering like this. My friend is not technical enough to figure out how to report this to Microsoft, so she asked me to help her report this to you.
    4. I'm seeing a lot of frustrations on the Microsoft community board about this too.

Defects in the Microsoft Online Support Systems Software....

    1. One of the defects is that the Microsoft Support user interface/system take a user to the retore account form and then never takes the user back to answer that last question of whether they submitted the form or not. Regardless, Microsoft team doesn't respond with any form of communication that they have received the submitted form. I've submitted this form so many times, but no response. The form asks me questions related to my opening my account over 30 years ago or my buying something over 10 years ago. I can remember that far in time. But, there should be enough information to verify that it is truly me. Only I would know that info.
    2. There is no way to report a defect in the Microsoft Support user interface/system.
    3. Phone support goes in this infinite loop of automatic message leading me back to the same online support form, when sharing that my account has been hacked.
    4. No human being to speak to at all to help us get back into our accounts. My account was over 30+ years old.

I've worked in Software QA for Lockheed Martin and worked in the service industy. I've never seen customer service like this in my entire life, where customers are not allowed to report defects in the Customer Service System to Customer Service.
