I have the same problem with running Windows 7. I am running the latest version of Chrome and Microsoft Edge says that I cannot update Edge because it only supports Windows 10 & 11.

    Dear Mr. Chan1

I am glad to receive your reply.

After our investigation users are concentrated to explode on WINDOWS 7 /WINDOWS 8.1 Chrome kernel version 109 this version number.

Since such users may not be able to install a higher version of Chrome kernel browser, the temporary feasible solution is to use FIREFOX browser

    So please be patient.

    Best Regards

Well this is somewhat of a relief. I thought it was my computer. I have been having the same problem for several days now.. I also get the AW Snap screen

I tried everything to te get logged in. Different browsers inc Edge and Brave. Clean up files on my computer and several other operations and still have the same problem.

This has to be on Microsoft's side
