I have emails appearing in my outbox as queued or drafts and showing up as sent in the new outlook app on Windows 10. Any suggestions?

I have recently had a lot of my emails show up in both the sent folder and then immediately after showing up in the outbox as queued or drafts. If I close the outlook app on my laptop and re-open it, the outbox becomes empty. I have tried looking up trouble shooting steps but none of the suggestions are options in the outlook app that I have.

    Yes, if somebody would read these posts ... They just automatically spam desperate users with responses from other desperate users hoping the bug goes away by itself.

    Outlook is sending me reply from @P-King_777 as a possible "solution" to the problem.

    That shows me various things:

    1. MS gives a s*** about the user's issues (they know that most users are tied to MS anyways as it is a corporate tool)
    2. They hope that some other user does their job to find solutions
    3. If they have any AI managing the process of proposing crowd solutions to the community it sucks because it cannot distinguish a complaint from a solution

    If I could, only for this arrogance I would switch office product.

    Nobody will read this except other frustrated users - so if I repeat "MS your support sucks!" it goes right down the toilet ...

    Why are some of my emails that are "sent" showing up in drafts instead and reading "qued?" I connected my gmail account last week and most emails are being sent but I just noticed some were not and have been sitting in drafts!!!

    Dear Microsoft

    I don’t understand how you can know about this critical issue for 6+ months and not fix it.

    It is completely unacceptable and will just drive customers away from you. A real con after signing up for a family 365 package.
