I just came on to the Microsoft hosting for my work emails. I have my emails from the previous hosting as a pst file. The new outlook is not showing me an option to import these into my account

I posted that link in my reply on page 5 but still unclear to me.

    1. What's Microsoft 365? SaaS or subscription to use Office apps? Which one? Family? Personal? Business basic/standard/premium etc?
    2. What's Outlook classic? Is my Outlook 2016 (part of Office 2016 Pro suite) an Outlook classic?
    3. My account is an Exchange Plan 1 hosting or subscription and the domain is the name of the company I work for. Is that considered a Microsoft 365 subscription?

Do I need all of the above to enable Outlook (new) PST support? As usual it is very confusing when it comes to Microsoft products naming.

A couple of us have reports into engineering concerning the missing codes, more words on that coming, I hope. As to opening a .PST file in Outlook New, here are the requirements:

This is from Open and find items in an Outlook Data File (.pst) - Microsoft Support

Yup, no email with a code through OWA either. I recently emptied my mailbox. There's only 1 email in Inbox so it can't be a sorting issue (showing oldest item at the top). Nothing in Junk folder thru OWA. I sent a test mail to the mailbox. It shows up. So the address and mailbox is good.

I'm sure you already checked, I assume the code is also not available via OWA and a browser. I'm sending this as a bug report to the engineering folks to see what they have to say.
