Hello there, I couldn't login to my email on the Outlook website or on my smartphone. I never log out of my email on my smartphone and computer, but it's logged out. When I tried to login, I got the message "Too Many Requests" on my smartphone and computer. May you help me so I can login to my email account? I've changed my password, but still couldn't login.

Classic junk response as if the client should remedy a problem CREATED BY THE SMART FOLKS AT OUTLOOK, FOOLING WITH THE KNOBS, AGAIN. ON CUTESY CRAAAP-OLA NO LESS!

It's abundantly clear by the looks of the login page, the error is on the side of Outlook, not client based.

Frankly, I'm fed up with this lame notion of silly long winded responses like the above that DO NOTHING to remedy what is am OBVIOUS self inflicted problem by Outlook.

The "new" login that repeatedly flips back to going for a "new" account and then goes into an endless loop of REFUSING the login info with a stupid "too many requests" nag??? Really?

First login and "too many requests"??? Liar-liars! Shut it.

    FIX THE PROBLEM YOU CREATED!

For me, I have the same issues. Sending code to my another email account works for me. User name and password just won't work.

The opening using Incognito window did not work for me. Nor did the signing in from Microsoft Support website (think someone else suggested in this thread). The rest of the suggestions were too complicated and confusing that I didn't try them.

What DID work for me was 1) opening Outlook using Microsoft Edge browser (but it opened direct without prompting for password, which is a separate issue), OR 2) in Chrome browser (my usual browser) 3 dots at top right -> Delete browsing data -> Basic (Time range: I changed from the "Last hour" to "All Time" -> Delete data. For good measure, I repeated the step for all open browser windows, even those not at Outlook page.

Then I closed all browsers, opened a fresh Chrome browser, went to Outlook page to sign-in and voila, issue was fixed and I could log-in as per normal again!

I doubt that you have done anything wrong.

I suggest that you sign in to your Microsoft account through other software (such as Microsoft Support) rather than Outlook. Once signed-in to your Microsoft account you should then be able to access your Outlook emails.
