Hello there, I couldn't login to my email on the Outlook website or on my smartphone. I never log out of my email on my smartphone and computer, but it's logged out. When I tried to login, I got the message "Too Many Requests" on my smartphone and computer. May you help me so I can login to my email account? I've changed my password, but still couldn't login.

Hi guys. Since Microsoft just DOESN'T CARE enough to try to fix this problem, I have found a workaround that might also work for you.
Try to log in in another microsoft website, like for example:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact

And then, when you try outlook.com you might get to access your mailbox. Hope this helps

Omg it worked! You are a saint, god bless your soul

I dont know whether this answer will have reahed in right time, I too faced same kind of issue and finally I could able to find the solution. The reason might be you are using Microsoft Authenticator and is assined to that mail ID as second level authentication. First off all login to the account by enterinng account id and then proceed to next step and then select other way to sign in
