Not sure how this happened but the new outlook is easily the worst piece of software I have ever seen. That takes into account MS-Dos and Win 95 disasters.
No clue why on earth they would force this garbage on us, when most of us used to say how great outlook was......
I MUST get back to classic now and how can I do it as it dropped all my other email accounts and created armageddon
NEED answers now

The new layout is is awful - there was nothing wrong with the previous version.
I know have to waste time navigating/learning still nuances - I don't have time for this.

2024-11-14T07:16:22+00:00 I'm also having major issues. The classic version completely disappeared from my computer today and now I can't set up the new Outlook with all my email accounts including my primary business email which is a Microsoft 365 Business account/Exchange account. It's so frustrating - I can't see my combined calendar and have lost a day's earnings trying to sort this all out. I'm at a loss of what to do next

2024-11-05T20:01:36+00:00 I cannot get to the classic version of Outlook and there is an annoying pop up that I can't remove or close that is trying to get me to get in a NEVER ENDING LOOP about the new Outlook.
So I can't read or respond to any of my emails due to this pop up that covers everything.
None of your suggestions are working and I can't get to a live person to chat with online or even call on the phone.

2024-12-07T19:00:45+00:00 To get the old Outlook back on a PC at least, open the run dialog by pressing the Windows and R keys. Type Outlook.exe. Press enter.
Agree that this new Outlook is a disaster I'm using the Outlook 2019 PC version through Verizon as a POP account relayed through AOL. The new Outlook is not yet usable with a POP account. You can't log in, it doesn't recognize your account, and it helpfully offers to send an authorization code to your email that you can't log in to and it can't send to.
