Not sure how this happened but the new outlook is easily the worst piece of software I have ever seen. That takes into account MS-Dos and Win 95 disasters.

No clue why on earth they would force this garbage on us, when most of us used to say how great outlook was......

I MUST get back to classic now and how can I do it as it dropped all my other email accounts and created armageddon

NEED answers now

Thanks you

Here is a link to download Outlook Classic from microsoft's website for those who don't have it (new installs of Windows 11, including Pro doesn't even offer classic. Idiotic.

Agree completely with comments regarding "New" Outlook. Please reconsider your position and permanently restore the Classic version, as the "New" is a significant downgrade in quality, readability, font, adaptability and from an organizational standpoint. It is slow, more difficult to manipulate and is truly a disappointment from that which was supposed to be an "upgrade". The calendar function only works "sometimes", and does not always show upcoming meetings. Just a poor showing this time; please consider putting this on hiatus and returning clients to that which truly works efficiently, quickly and accurately. In addition, the transitional steps for returning to Classic temporarily are missing a few steps. Please consider infilling those, as the "New" version is prohibitive (by nature) in allowing one to smoothly return to the former version.

    Thank you

I do not understand the Microsoft's rationale to requre more money, then dumb down and reduce product service & quality. They take suffnicant time to make functional Classic, next; quickly cripple it 90%, call it new, and cringe when customers complain. Voice of the Customer - A unacceptable product, New Outlook, remains. Classic will going away. ...and so will customers.

Likewise, terrible. I am not a perpetual "anti-change" person either. I like improved software. This is regressive.

Microsoft's 'fix' does not work , as usual. I can find nothing relative to your entries as stated to revert to 'classic outlook '.
