download classic outlook

It doesn't work! When I turn the "New Outlook" button off, it prompts the Feedback. I skip it. Then Outlook shuts down itself and nothing happens. Ever. When I re-open it, it is still a New Outlook. This vicious circle goes on.

Please, help me get the Classic Outlook. The New one is horrible! It is just a piece of **** ... Cannot work in it! After 25 years of working Outlook, this is the first time I cannot do anything in it!

RETURN THE CLASSIC OUTLOOK!

They just can't help themselves. I am missing emails that are log jammed in the server because they changed the sync settings so you can't even adjust the schedule. Several clients are pissed because I don't respond timely. Now they removed the New Outlook slider, can't go back to original.

This new version is total cr@p.

After several months I was able to finally get the classic outlook to work! There is no longer a toggle button to switch back and forth. You have to go through the help tab to find the button that says switch to classic outlook, but that never worked for me. It would just close the new outlook and not load the classic. Here is what I did. I am not a techy person so bear with me if there might be a quicker work around. Also note that I have a paid subscription/license. I'm not sure if it's a fix for everyone but maybe it will help some of you.

1)uninstalled the new outlook (I used the horrible online version while getting through all the steps as this took me weeks to figure out)

3)once downloaded the classic version would not open my work profile so I created a new random profile to see if it would open at all. It DID! So now, I knew there had to be a setting our 365 Admin needed to find and change.

4)Admin changed setting (sorry, not sure what that setting was but you can put a ticket in through the admin portal to Microsoft and they can help).

It has been working ever since (about a week). Back in business!
