download classic outlook

This toggle does not how up on my new outlook and have downloaded the stand alone version of classic but I can't get that to open. Any ideas?

Just adding some visuals for clarity. You can Toggle out of the new Outlook at the top right of the new Outlook window.

I have no toggle. Going through the registry doesn't work either, as there are no preferences in the outlook folder. So frustrating. Both of my microsoft accounts won't add to this new outlook as there is an error. How do I get classic? Can I buy it somewhere?

I'm having the same issue with a new machine I just got this week. The toggle button is not there. The reg entry for preference is not there. The download link just keeps reinstalling the new version. Is there a link the will give me the classic version?

Please help us get the classic version installed.

The new version is junk. Why take away the ability to configure the columns shown and the order.

Same! Nothing is opening it. I have been using the support chat on the new outlook for several weeks now and they can't figure it out either but it's very slow since they only respond every other day. Microsoft support is basically none existent with people who know nothing about the product they support. If you find a fix, please post it!
