good evening, I tried to log in to my mocrosoft account but it shows a complete stranger's email... I think my account has been hacked... I tried to log in but I can't... I'm writing from the second email...***@gmail.com this account was on that Microsoft. thank you for your help..

My email account ******@hotmail.com has been hacked, and you threatened to SHUT IT DOWN so I created a new one to REPLACE this one, BUT YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO? WHY? I have created a new email address for myself ie ******@outlook.com but you still have NOT closed ******@hotmail.com and this confuses me because you gave the impression this was what was needed to happen? So are you going to close this account or what? Every time I reinguage with this account I get the same old messages regards to clousure so what do you actually want to happen here? have already replaced my email, email address and can't/won't create a NEW backup email address until you either FIX or DUMP kenfitz54@hotmail altogether!
