How can I stop all the unauthorized login attempts from around the world?

I've had a huge increase of people trying to sign in to my email account the past few days. As in multiple attempts every hour, every day, from all of the world. I've had to change my password daily and I'm worried about my email getting hacked. Is there any extra security or anything else I can do other than the two factor authentication that can protect my email from being hacked. It's insane the amount of login attempts that are happening lately. Multiple attempts at the same time in different ends of the world. I've never had this happen before. Will it decrease eventually?

Hi, I faced the same issue as well. In my recent login activity, there are many unsuccessful login attempts from all over the world since 1 month ago. Please help and advise what can I do to block them from hacking my email!

I have the same issue... people trying my password over and over and over... mostly from brazil but other places too... rarely are they from my country...
I don't understand why MS wouldn't give people the option to block sign-ins from other countries and whitelist countries you may be travelling to.

1 in 100 attempts... if not 1 in 1000 ( I only went back a few days) are from the country I am in, it would be waaaay more secure if I could block all attempts from outside my country and perhaps have a Travel option so if I am travelling I can add the places I'll be going.

I change my password fairly often and have MFA set up so I guess that is good, but it's easy to accidentally hit the login when checking on a smart phone, I really wish MS would let me block countries from even attempting to log into my account.

Since I don't travel outside of the US on a daily basis, we should be able to block IP addresses outside of our own. Then set to 'traveling' as needed with areas of access. These foreign attempts should be blocked. This is crazy.

may i know some further details on this matter? as i am getting an attempted login from scammers everyday, and even an email a couple of hours ago from them with some attempt to get some money from me. If i use an alias, how does that work? will my old previous email be completely lost and all the contents and anything its attached to as well? or can it be recovered quickly at any point? tq.looking forward to ur reply.
