I understand that you received an unsolicited CAPTCHA. The following diagram illustrates the possibility of an unsolicited code.

If you just received an unsolicited code out of the blue, the odds are that someone incorrectly entered an address (whose address may be similar to yours) when requesting the code.

Please ignore the email for now and observe if you continue to receive such emails please let me know again.

    I got a single use code yesterday that I did not request I went to my activity and there's a multiple failed login attempts so I don't have to worry about it? since they can't get in?
