However, you can benefit from it, if you will act wisеly.Have you heard of Pegasus? This is a spyware program that installs on computers and smartphones and allows hackers to monitor the activity of device owners. It provides access to your webcam, messengers, emails, call records, etc. It works well on Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. I guess, you already figured out where I’m getting at.******

    I just changed my passwords and deleted the email I’ve had nothing since.

    I also got this email. I am very scary and sick about it. I have started several virus scanner but got no warnings. There were no warnings.

    It's from the same emailadress as my account.

    There were attemps to login but didn't succes.

    Could you please help me?

    The point is, it's not your account. it's just a spam email that mimics your email automatically. They're sending those automatically to thousands of email addresses, hoping that someone will fall for the blackmail.

    Just delete the email they sent you and move on.

    If you look closely at the headers, you'll see that the email address in angle brackets is HOTMALL.com NOT hotmail.com

    It's very subtle and difficult to spot.

    It's a very well used scammer technique

    I had the same email, although my email/facebook/amazon/netflix accounts have all been hacked at the same time. I’ve reset all my passwords and put extra security on them, but still unable to recover my FB account, and their customer service so far has been awful

    My accounts were also hacked! Including Facebook, email, Instagram, TikTok, Epic Games etc. I've also changed my passwords and account usernames/addresses. Is there a chance they could have stolen contact information or any kind of personal information including family/friends? Or even my computer that has been attached by the same mail as my Windows?
