My account has been hacked.
Impossible to recover my account because the security email and phone have been changed.
Someone has hacked my account and is on a pc and is in another country and they keep using my account on call of duty on pc but I only play this game on Xbox they keep blocking What can I do I have tried everything I can changing passwords Authenticator and everything yet they still hack me please help. I got the same email but in my junk box. It looks like many people received the same email.
I followed the instructions to talk to MSFT support agent, however, when I click on "Start Chat", the new page responds with " Bad Request - Request Too Long". I can't figure it out how to open a ticket.
Anyway, I just want to know if the email I received is just a regular spam. I can't even report that as a spam???!!!, any help will be appreciated.
