Duluge of SPAM from "agenciaidea.es"

After a fairly quiet six months-or-so, I am suddenly getting a flood of SPAM from "******@agenciaidea.es".

I am talking around 50-per-day, and sometimes in batches of several within a few minutes.

They all have the same format, with purple writing at the top and the "advert" appearing as an image below.

Also, the "To:..." is never my email address, but a Hotmail address with a load of random letters (e.g. "******@hotmail.com").

Help!

Does not work. Emails still come

    Another one here 🙋🏼‍♀️

Been getting well over 100 spam a day from this domain name …driving me bonkers as I’m having to manually search thru deluge in junk box for actual legit emails …so can’t just select all in junk & delete 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve tried various ways to try block & husband even tried to block the actual domain name on our router but the spam still coming through in mass (he’s got his ‘IT thinking cap’ on to see if anything else might work 👨🏻‍💻)

Although it’s a pain in butt for everyone, I’m kinda relieved that it ain’t just me and that it appears to be a major issue for many, across multiple countries 🤬 …so hopefully Microsoft will get their 💩 together & sort this out asap !

For anyone getting inundated with spam from this email address, can I suggest the following (Outlook application on PC/MAC required)
Open Outlook and click on the Rules tab.

    1. Select Manage Rules & Alerts.
    2. Click on New Rule.
    3. In the Select a rule template section, choose Apply a rule to messages I receive.
    4. Click on Next.
    5. In the Conditions section, select From and click on People or Public Group.
    6. Enter the email address of the sender you want to filter.
    7. Click on Add.
    8. Click on Next.
    9. In the Actions section, select Move the message to the specified folder.
    10. Click on Browse and select the Deleted Items folder.
    11. Click on OK.
    12. Click on Next.
    13. In the Rule name section, give your rule a name.
    14. Check the Run this rule now on messages already in my Inbox box if you want the rule to apply to existing emails.
    15. Click on Finish.

By applying this rule, any emails that come from the spammer will automatically go straigt to the deleted folder instead of the junk spam filter.
