Duluge of SPAM from "agenciaidea.es"

After a fairly quiet six months-or-so, I am suddenly getting a flood of SPAM from "******@agenciaidea.es".

I am talking around 50-per-day, and sometimes in batches of several within a few minutes.

They all have the same format, with purple writing at the top and the "advert" appearing as an image below.

Also, the "To:..." is never my email address, but a Hotmail address with a load of random letters (e.g. "******@hotmail.com").

Problem solved. Select the email. Click 3 dots on the right and block user. The emails have stopped coming now.

I tried this, setting one as Phishing and then emptied the folder and it has not filled back up (yet) with these we are all complaining about.

    Thanks for the tip.

Once the messages are in the junk mail folder no rule will work. To solve this you have to right click on the message and allow emails from the domain. Then you can set up a rule to move all messages where the sender's address contains agenciaidea.es to deleted items.

    See https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/block-spamphishing-coming-from-agenciaideaes/e2f8b89d-f133-4028-ba4b-ee105005e8e1 for this solution.

It works, I just did it now. All these stupid spam messages now go straight to deleted items instead of junk mail.

Here's what the rule looks like. This will *only* work once you've added the sender's domain to the trusted list, so the messages stop going to junk automatically.
