NEW Outlook Email Format is messing up

I am having major issues in NEW Outlook with the formatting of my emails. I will compose an email, format it properly, and send it. The receiver gets an email with weird large spacing, no spaces where needed, and bullet alignments all messed up. It does not look that way when I send it why are the emails messed up when received? I am using HTML text which has all the issues. I have tried plain text but it does not allow formatting I need like bullets etc. I need this fixed as I can not go back to desktop Outlook as it freezes and crashes all the time. HELP PLEASE!

    Exact same issue here. Just switched to New Outlook and the formatting is terrible

    Responses:

    1. Check Email Clients:
      • Checked in the office someone using Outlook too and out of the office someone using GMAIL. The email format looks good when I send and messes up when received.
    2. Use Inline Styles:
      • I start composing my emails in Outlook and do not copy over from another app with their style sheet.
    3. Avoid Unnecessary Styles:
      • Tried this spacing and the alignments still mess up.
    4. Test in Web Version:
      • The web version looks good when I compose and the receiver reports back that they still see the spacing and alignment issues. I went back to the old Outlook desktop and I am not having formatting issues after I sent it. It is definitely a NEW Outlook/ web version outlook issue.
    5. Update Outlook:
      • Yes, I do I even had my IT guy check.
    6. Verify Receiver's Settings:
      • It is not the receiver as it happens across all receivers I send to on many different email servers; Outlook, Gmail, yahoo, and Apple on someone's phone.
    7. Use Plain Text for Simplicity:
      • I tried to go to plain text to compose but it messes up my signature that has links in it and there are some things I need a little more formatting for.
    8. Contact Microsoft Support: to get no response?!? People on the internet tend to be more helpful.

    I STILL NEED A SOLUTION OR FOR MICROSOFT TO FIX THIS.

    I had the same problems everyone else described, then I saw a box at the top of my screen called "Immersive Reader". It was on. I turned it off and got all of my previous formatting back.

    I am having the same issue. I feel like it started happening after the last update. This is not acceptable. Sending out professional emails to businesses and they look normal when sending, but they receive them and they are a mess. Doesn't matter if I write up an email template using a word document or write up the email in Outlook.
