I am having major issues in NEW Outlook with the formatting of my emails. I will compose an email, format it properly, and send it. The receiver gets an email with weird large spacing, no spaces where needed, and bullet alignments all messed up. It does not look that way when I send it why are the emails messed up when received? I am using HTML text which has all the issues. I have tried plain text but it does not allow formatting I need like bullets etc. I need this fixed as I can not go back to desktop Outlook as it freezes and crashes all the time. HELP PLEASE!

I have the same issue. The formatting is randomly messing up when messages are received in outlook or GMAIL. It looks so so unprofessional in front of clients. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

SAME ISSUE !!!! Formatting is not a problem when sending emails from iMac (desktop). However, MacBook Pro continues to have formatting issues after sending email. This is extremely frustrating especially for lengthy responses that include bullet points and tables. I spend a lot of time drafting and formatting an efficient and easy to read email to various executive and operational leaders. Format received by recipient has an unprofessional appearance that is difficult to read and distracting to the reader. It's unacceptable that a fix has not been provided in months by MS.

I have the same issue, turning off immersive reader did not change anything still having formatting issues.
Is there any methodology available to "undo" the product update that was installed? My Outlook settings were perfectly fine for the ten years in which I have been using the product but I am now forced to endure a format that is not user friendly nor allows me to work effectively, and it appears I am not alone in that experience. It would appear that the old adage which states, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" is an apt statement for this situation.
This issue continues with one of our 365 mailboxes, but not the other. I found the immersive reader option, but it just opens another window and reads to me.
When this email (pasted below) it is in normal formatting. When it is sent, they always look like this (Both to me, inside the org, those outside the org and across various platforms, but NOT in the 365 app or gmail).
