I'm not using "the new Outlook", I'm staying with the "classic Outlook". Since I don't use it, I have to delete the app. To my surprise, it re-installs itself after a period of time. It's super annoying since I have to keep deleting it How do I stop this from happening?

Is there a file that can be targeted by automation? This is a silly reason for multiple support requests. The features do not work with some objects that do work in Outlook Classic. Users accidentally click this, open with mailto:, and somehow in other ways.

We need a solution to make this go away or at least mitigate some of the damage being caused by Outlook "New" reinstalling itself.

There are alternatives to Windows, but it is bound to be a huge task moving to another system.
But I agree that Microsofts new "force"-policy, is off-putting, and my guess is that it eventually will come back and bite them.
