Hello
I have emails that appear and disappear in my draft folder but aren't appearing in 'sent.' It's hugely worrying and has happened twice now. They don't have large attachments but there is one recipient in common - could it be something to do with their email address?

Two months now, and my emails are still stuck in Drafts. It's a good thing I moved everything to Gmail two months ago. We have a business and had to move everything to Gmail just to keep going. But we have 6 years of business in Outlook, so we have to go back to Outlook when we need to find something from the past.
I am not thrilled about going back to Old Outlook because the current version does have some nice, new features. But, certainly, I have abandoned any pretense of mailing from within a Group. I stay outside ... in the regular Inbox area ... and transmit messages from my standard screen.
That’s dreadful. Since my last post I have noticed also that even if the draft folder is empty and appears the message has been sent they’re also not always in the sent files. You’re right I have felt like a total idiot multiple times for work. I have reverted back to old outlook in the interim.
Seems to be across the board in our office. Have reverted back to the old version for now.
I finally gave up and moved everything to Gmail. Google is our domain host for our biz name and emails anyway. We were just forwarding emails to Outlook because we preferred that platform for email. But I got tired of trying to make it work and emails from drafts still have never sent and it's been 17 days. Our CEO is using both Outlook and Gmail to keep up with his emails for our business. He can read them all in Outlook and maintain the folder organization that we both really love in Outlook. But he has to use Gmail to send emails because nothing will send from Outlook. We are beyond irritated with Outlook right now. But as I stated before, I've always hated Microsoft anyway.
