Unable to send emails to Yahoo accounts

Starting a couple of days ago, I am unable to send emails to Yahoo accounts from my Outlook email. Here is the error message I receive:

Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, a connection to the remote server was closed abruptly.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that your email system is unable to connecto their email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

For Email Admins
This often indicates the recipient's firewall SMTP fixup setting or other firewall settings are preventing the SMTP protocol negotiation from succeeding.

    Thank you. Being an IT professional I took offense to you saying that you should not have to pay for someone else's knowledge. I gave you step by step instructions on how to fix your email issue for free, and you complain that you don't know how to do that. You pay a mechanic to fix your car, you pay your doctor for a diagnosis, you pay for a plumber to fix your plumbing, but you don't think ypu should have to pay an IT professional for their knowledge?

    That was not a "Rude" response. That was an actual answer to your question. This is not a Microsoft problem. If you don't understand that then you need to hire someone that does. I'm sure you don't understand a Craniectomy, and we will tell you the same thing. Hire an expert. Or, go ahead and drill a hole in your own head. Whatever works for you. (That may have been a little rude)

    I am now having the same issue as above. Did this resolve itself after a period of time or did you need to do something to resolve it? If you needed to do something, what did you do?

    How are we meant to follow those instructions???? you need a day and a degree to follow them.... this is a microsoft issue and microsoft should fix it.
