I want to know how to rearrange, move, the multiple accounts I have in Outlook. Simply move one from the top to the bottom and vice versa. What would seem like a very simple task. The accounts I have are two Microsoft accounts and one Gmail account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. By the way this is the "New Outlook" so I've found you cant just click and drag the account like before. I'm guessing they require you to go back to school and get a masters in Computer Science to perform what should be a fairly simple task, Anyways, thank in advance for the help!

I just removed and re-added the accounts in the order I wanted. It didn't take too long. Thanks for the suggestion! They should have made this easier though. :)
DEI incompetence is alive and well at Microsoft...hard to believe something so simple can be made so damn complicated.
Bill's recommendation seems to be the only real solution. And if you have more than 2 accounts, then you're just SOL, you can pick which one you want to show at the top of the folder list but after that they will just be in alphabetical order. What a shit show. Take away easy and simple functionality that has been there for as long as I can remember and I've used Outlook for decades.
Oh well guess we'll just have to get used to it and use Favorite a lot more than in the past.
Oh yeah and when you do select a new account to be your primary account, it will blow away all the view settings you set up, if you had done that already.
At least now you don't have to change the view settings for every damn folder like you did by default in the old Outlook. I will give them that.
