Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Not the most elegant solution but we were able to get ours to work using the below method.
- Have the signature(s) setup in a Word doc
- Highlight the signature in Word, right click > copy
- Place cursor in Outlook signature editor. IMPORTANT: do NOT right click and select Paste. Use the keyboard shortcut (ctrl+V) to paste it into Outlook. This seems to preserve the text formatting and styling. (Images will still be missing but their should be blank placeholders)
- Double-click the blank box where an image should be, then click the insert image icon in the toolbar. Add your image/logo and manually scale the it to the correct size.
This is not 100% perfect but it's the ONLY way we were able to get it to work after hours of troubleshooting!
