This morning Outlook updated and I noticed there is a new search bar to search apps, how may I remove this bar?
I do not use apps, do not want to use apps and have no need to search for them.
If this is related to MS Team and conjoining everything, I still want to remove this app search bar in Outlook.
Please help.

Try updating your Office installation (File > Account > Update Options > Update Now).

I am a Managed service provider and I have client with 2016 and 2019 with this same issue, please roll out a fix ASAP and the recent recommendation does not work
yes this is beyond annoying. Please fix this ASAP. search box too tiny now....
I have the same issue, and don't have the options described above. My screen looks the same as the attachment above. The App Search box is extremely annoying and I don't want it there. Please let us all know how to remove it. thank you so much
