This morning Outlook updated and I noticed there is a new search bar to search apps, how may I remove this bar?

I do not use apps, do not want to use apps and have no need to search for them.

If this is related to MS Team and conjoining everything, I still want to remove this app search bar in Outlook.

Please help.

Thank you!

This is a major major issue for me.

In my attempt to fix this issue I have uninstalled my licensed office 2016 completely and then realized I don't have the original install file I used to install it originally.

    What do I do now?

@Outlook team can you help me?

This is also not a fix for me. I pay for the updates, and I don't want to miss out on potentially important updates down the road, nor do I want my reading pane on the bottom. I like it on the right side. I don't know why Microsoft has to do this, along with other software companies like Adobe.

This is a boneheaded programming error. Need a patch to fix this. Sooner than later, please
