My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

Thank you for the response. The main reason I wanted to try the classic outlook is because the new outlook does not allow you to delete email attachements without deleting the entire email.

If you don't have an M365 Office suite installed, either a stand-alone purchase or M365 subscription, there is no Classic Outlook to "return" to. The only other thing accomplished by turning Outlook New off is returning to Windows 11 Mail and People which is being removed. A Personal or Family M365 subscription will remedy that if you're so inclined.
I do not have a Use New Outlook when I do all of the steps. How do I prevent it from opening? Its really annoyong.
When I toggle New Outlook off, it prompts me to submit the reason why and then it closes. When I open, its back to New Outlook. I do not have classic outlook installed on on Surface 11, running windows 365.
Thanks for the suggestion but I found a work-around. I can open my old outlook and get to all of my e-mails as long as I am NOT CONNECTED to the internet. It is tedious to turn them all into PDF files but it was worth it to me. I also could get to my contacts and download them as a CVS file which is useful and I could open my calendar and pull all the important dates out of it.
