I have been deleting unnecessary emails from my outlook client application, but recently observed that the emails are not being deleted from the server. My mailbox is 97% full and it is giving warning that I will not be able to send or receive emails once the mailbox is at 99%.
I am trying to delete emails, but they are keep coming back. I tried deleting emails in several ways, but the emails are not getting deleted.
Please help me in resolving this issue.

I really hate outlook/Hotmail. It will not delete message to free up my mailbox available space.
A simple reset of my account in the Outlook app resolved the problem.

I currently have an spam e-mail that when deleted immediately reoccurs in Outlook on my iPhone 13. Any ideas ?
