Why are all my "sent" emails ending up in Draft Folder?

Our client have the same issue this morning, someone have a fix for that? We can't reproduce the issue

My issue corrected by itself.

And was only a few emails.

Hi, I have similar issue but none of the workarounds worked for me. This is the log I receive when I try to send emails on behalf of my business email account:
