Calendar Sync of Office 365 calendar to Tripit

Hello

I have been using Tripit for years and it has successfully sync'ed with my Outlook Calendar. Today, I was unable to add the updated URL for the tripit calendar feed to my Microsoft 365 Outlook calendar. When I tried to add the URL under "add calendar/from internet" by pasting in the URL, I get an Microsoft error message that something went wrong. This did not happen previously.

    Having the same issue - we rely on TripIt to keep our travel organized for both work and family and the Outlook calendar sync worked until about 4 weeks ago.

    Kindly requesting Microsoft to fix this problem asap.

    I can successfully add my TripIt calendar feed to Outlook on my personal computer which is subscribed to Microsoft 365 (Outlook version 2311 - Build 17029.20068 Click-to-Run).

    However, I can not add the same calendar feed to Outlook on my work computer, which is subscribed to Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (Outlook version 2311 - Build 17029.20068 Click-to-Run). Same version of Outlook but doesn't allow me to add the ics URL (error message says "Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again.")

    So maybe this is why TripIt claims they don't support "Outlook 2013 (and later)"? Because it works inconsistently? It still seems like a Microsoft problem to me (or at least they should be willing to work with SAP's TripIt development team to provide guidance on how to fix it). Calendar sync works fine with Google Calendar by the way but it's irritating to have to check and monitor multiple calendars. I just want to have my trips show up on my work calendar.

    It appears TripIt is no longer compatible with Outlook 2013 and later. Per their calendar help site:

    "Lotus Notes and Outlook 2013 (and later) are not supported by the TripIt calendar feed." https://help.tripit.com/en/support/solutions/articles/103000063280-calendar-feed-setup-and-sync

    I used this feature a lot, and it stinks that I can't see my travel info easily on my Outlook calendar anymore.
