Calendar Sync of Office 365 calendar to Tripit

Hello

I have been using Tripit for years and it has successfully sync'ed with my Outlook Calendar. Today, I was unable to add the updated URL for the tripit calendar feed to my Microsoft 365 Outlook calendar. When I tried to add the URL under "add calendar/from internet" by pasting in the URL, I get an Microsoft error message that something went wrong. This did not happen previously.

    Does anyone know why I keep getting error message: "couldn't import calendar, please try again later"

    I tried in the desktop outlook app... and also in web outlook.... both gave same error message.

    Unable to share calendar from gmail w/outlook. Uggh.

    When you create a Google calendar from the Tripit URL, the trick is to check the box "Make the calendar publicly accessible". This appears only during creation of the Google calendar.

    Once you've checked the box, your Google calendar will be created and will have both a "Public URL to this calendar" which does not work in M365, and a "Public address in iCal format" which is the one you should subscribe to in M365.

    RESPONSE FROM TRIPIT
    I also have this issue. Unable to add or sync any Tripit feeds to Outlook 365 on my PC, nor to Outlook 365 Web Version.
    I reached out to Tripit. Here is their response:
    "We do not support our calendar syncing with MS 365 as it does not update consistently but it has been possible to add the feed. It appears to be an issue on Microsoft's end. I'd recommend contacting them and I'll followup with you if I'm able to resolve or find a work-around from my end."

    I'm having the same issue and I have tried all of the suggested fixes.

    I still get the error that the new outlook cannot add the calendar.

    Please help further.

    I've been trying to achieve the same. I can browse to the TripIt ics link in MS Edge and it opens in Outlook. It adds all my current travel plans but does not stay updated. Checking on the TripIt website it suggests Microsoft365 is not supported: TripIt Calendar Sync and Feed Setup

    I am experiencing the same issue. Following the above instructions has not fixed the issue. TripIt support has indicated that this is a problem Microsoft needs to fix in importing the calendar feed.
