Still getting ads after subscribing to Microsoft 365.

Same here. I had the issue last year and the fix was to add the email account with which my subscription was connected. I did that and all was well until a few weeks ago and now, I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR. As stated in the thread above, one can use gmail without the hassle. For what we pay for this app, we ought to get deluxe treatment, rather than seemingly complete inattention.

I have a 365 subscription via company, but use three Gmail accounts on my outlook.

I have downloaded everything and windows and office are a go, but still have ads and my screen says "activate windows-go to settings to activate windows" I already have it! :(

From the description you have provided you're still seeing ads in Outlook even after subscribing to Microsoft 365.

This issue may be caused by e-mail account settings that need to be changed. Or it may also be a problem with the application or computer you are using to send and receive emails. So, let's work together as a team to get to the bottom of this. But to better assist you I need to ask:

1. Can you please confirm if you're using the Outlook desktop app or the web version of Outlook?
2. What version of Office are you using? Microsoft 365 Personal? Microsoft 365 Family? Microsoft 365 Business Standard? Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise? Office 2016? Office 2019? Office 2021? I specifically need the Product name and Version number as highlighted in the guide and photo below.
