According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.
I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.
I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

I got this resolved yesterday for the first time in two years! My outlook app must have updated because I found a new option under Settings- Accounts- Add account - Add Subscription.
In here I could add the email address associated with my 365 subscription and boom, the ads are gone!

After posting here about the ads, they quit immediately.
