can't opening settings in the "new" Outlook

I tried the new Outlook sind a week. So far it worked with my my 7 email accounts. I also could opening the settings window. But suddently since yesterday when I click on the settings the window is opening but empty. I only see the text "loading..." but nothing happens.

I tried to repair, reset and even uninstall and reinstall it again. Nothing helped. Even though the uninstalled warned me that all data are removed, after installing it again, all acounts were visible again... can I something delete the synced acounts in the cloud?`What can I do to be able to opening the settings again????

    Hi, I'm also having this problem in my web browser outlook. I cannot open the settings - it is just loading. And therefore I cannot turn off my mail forwarding. This is very frustrating.

    I'm Happy that I could help. I hope this is fixed soon. I also hope that the feature of pst Files (I use it for saving old emails) and com add ins will be added too because I want to use PGP for emails again

    update 29.3.: I did more tests and at least here the reason for the settings page problem is the email exchange account where I wasn't logged in automaticly because of the two factor authentification.
    As soon as I login and restart the new outlook, the settingspage is ok

    I am experiencing the same problem. It's frustrating when settings doesn't open in an Outlook desktop app. I needed to update my signature blocks, so just opened the web version of Outlook and defined them there.

    This temporary solution worked for me, however, some of the functionality is still missing - for instance I still cant send an email to OneNote. Does this have to do with the glitch in the system or is this a function that will be sunsetted with the new outlook intentionally?
