I recently switched over to the New Outlook, the most updated version. I am no longer able to CTRL+F to duplicate emails, a tool I often used. Is there a way to do this now? (without highlighting, copy and pasting).

Just used this method with help from ChatGPT....

Open the Sent Email: Locate the email you want to duplicate in the Sent Items folder.

In the Ribbon Bar, Under "Move" Grouping click on the "Actions" button (sometimes labeled as Move or with three dots depending on your version).

    Select "Resend This Message":

This opens the email as if you're resending it.

    Edit the Email:

    Make any changes you want.

    Send or Save as Draft:

Either send it immediately or save it as a draft for later.

It is possible to use Ctrl+F when you have the draft email selected instead of copy and pasting the draft email.

Similar to before except you use Ctrl+F on the saved draft instead of the opened email.

    Hope it works for you.
