I recently switched over to the New Outlook, the most updated version. I am no longer able to CTRL+F to duplicate emails, a tool I often used. Is there a way to do this now? (without highlighting, copy and pasting).

We really need this fixed
I had no idea this feature had been taken away. I keep nearly a dozen emails in my draft folder that are used weekly for things like scheduling interviews, sending links to reference forms, reviewing orientation, schedules, etc. It has been so SIMPLE to be able to Control + F (some of the messages don't even need minimal changes) and to learn now that I'm having to open a blank message copy/paste, amend...it's just extra steps that have been so simple.
Please bring this feature back. It is needed!
My entire office lives by this ability to simply use Ctrl+F to duplicate similar emails with small personalized additions in order to reach over 50 schools with individualized elements quickly and accurately. PLEASE figure out how to make that a function in the new Outlook!
Dear Sarah,
Good day!
Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!
Based on your description regarding "How to Duplicate Emails In New Outlook? CTRL+F doesnt work." After thorough research and testing, I found that there is no built-in feature in New Outlook that allows you to duplicate emails using the CTRL+F shortcut. However, you can still duplicate emails by right-clicking on the email you want to duplicate and selecting "Copy" from the context menu. Then, right-click on the folder where you want to duplicate the email and select "Paste" from the context menu. It has been concluded that the feature you are inquiring about is not yet available. However, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, your suggestion is very helpful, and I believe it could make the use of New Outlook even better. We will surely raise your concerns to our Product Development Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. In the meantime, we sincerely recommend you post your concern as an idea to our Outlook feedback site via Outlook · Community (microsoft.com) our Product Development Team are committed to enhancing the customer experience by continually examining suggestions to include in the design and development of future product upgrades based on your suggestions.
