Don’t see why not. It’s pretty much a generic connection. Just cannot use your general yahoo password.

Update: My second email address still has not been able to receive emails in Outlook even though the same procedures were followed that successfully got my first email address to both send and receive emails in Outlook. It seems to however send messages from Outlook successfully.

THEN for some unknown reason, my first email address that was operational stopped working today. Outlook is neither sending nor receiving emails from the account that was functioning properly. Why would this have stopped working?

The reported error was 0x8004210A. I have not made any changes to the server timeout, the internet connection is stable, I have not turned on any new antivirus email scanners and have repaired the email account numerous times with the pop.mail.yahoo.com port 993 for incoming messages and smtp.mail.yahoo.com port 465 for outgoing mail. Additionally the Yahoo third party app generated password was copied and entered in Outlook as my password.

    Any help would be appreciated.
