We have one user whose email attachments always show in the body of her emails rather than as attachments. We have already confirmed that her default format is HTML. I have watched her process for attaching them and it is exactly as I do them and mine always show as attachments. Please advise. *I have since learned that this was a changed instituted by Microsoft and now all links show up in the body of the email rather than as an attachment. Not a glitch; just a bad update.

I support this request as well. Our users are frustrated by it. Please change the setting so that the attachment icon still shows in the email folders. Thank you!
I'm having the same problem. This has been going on for me for months now.
Has there been a fix for this yet? I've spent hours trying to correct this attachment issue at no avail.
Thank you for your response. We have verified that the default email format is HTML, not Rich Text. The Outlook version, from a Windows PC, is Office 365, Outlook version 2312 (Build 17126.20132 Click-to-Run), which is the same as my own, where the attachments work perfectly. Under Attachment Handling/Attachment and Document Review, the "Turn off Attachment Preview" box is NOT checked. The user has tried sending attachments with that box both checked and unchecked, and neither was successful. Is there another setting we should check?
Thanks...this did the trick from me. Never had to do this until now. In case anyone wants to know, this format section you show in the image to change to HTML, is located on the "Format Text" tab.
