Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I am still having the problem as well.

Hi,
I had 2 updates today from Microsoft for Microsoft Office. I am using Windows 11.
"Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 - en-us" and "Microsoft 365 - en-us".
Versions for both are 16.0.17029.20028
This updated my Outlook client as well - I know this because it changed to a new menu bar. I changed this back to the classic outlook menu bar.
After this, my Outlook client crashes whenever I try to send an email.
I cannot revert to the new menu bar in case this is causing the issue as there is no option to do this.
I am still receiving emails.
There is a similar thread from earlier this year here: Outlook keeps crashing on email Send - Microsoft Community
If someone could kindly advise on this please. Thankyou.

Belinda,
You should have the fix by now. Restart Outlook a couple times and see if the problem is cleared up yet.
If for any reason you still see the issue, start Outlook in Safe Mode and then restart back in normal mode. When you start Outlook hold down the Ctrl key until you see the prompt to click to Safe Mode. After you open in Safe Mode then close Outlook and restart normally. This forces Outlook to pull changes from the service quicker.

I have followed all of your instructions and still have the issue. It isn't resolved
I for one still have the problem after following your directions.
Not sure if being in Australia means I have to wait longer :)
I'll try again in a few hours.

Mike,
I don't have any visibility to Billing. Please contact Office support from this page, Contact Us - Microsoft Support. You should be able to talk to the support team and explain the issue this way.
