Install Copilot to outlook

Hello,

I have install copilot on my desktop but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install this into my outlook ( I am signed in). I have this and it is not working either.

  1. Launch Outlook.
  2. Click on the File menu.
  3. Select Options near the bottom left.
  4. Under Compose messages, check the checkbox for Enable Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  5. If you can’t find the option, click the Editor Options button.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Let me describe my observation. I and my wife share the same subscription, Both my Android and PC have Copilot feature in outlook.

    But my wife's Android and PC, totally not able to make it.

    Search through the setting, two accounts can't find any switch about CoPilot.

    I think that is account profile problem, and that are not exposed to users.

    Blue is my case, which have Copilot.

    Pink is my wifes', I cant make Copilot enabled.
