I just made a mistake of clicking the Focused one and it moved all my inbox emails, I panicked and clicked another folder then closed Outlook. When I opened it it forced me to a new Outlook interface which showed I still have all my e-mail. I clicked to revert back to old display and skipped feedback. Showing the old one the e-mails seems to be in the delete folder so I tried moving them back. Right after I moved the handful of recent ones it emptied my deleted folder - E-mails I desperately need. It seems the only way I can have access to those e-mail now is to use the new interface. Later on I found them in the new focus folder. Seems nefarious to me - I didn't want to use the new look because it was extremely slow previously and I needed my account to deal with important issues at the moment

Dear Microsoft,

 I have written in the past regarding nine escalation support problems, sent in documentation to your company concerning these issues which, are still happening today? I have contacted my internet carrier on multiple occasions regarding the interference in my data.  All sorts of suspicious activities are going on in my email and computer software, some were sent to your company for review.  As of February 14, 2024, I was met with my emails in outlook being removed for some reason?  Today, I received an email telling me that my Outlook  is at risk for being deleted, but once I ran a McAfee scan there was NO apparent problems. I am fully aware of people trying to sabotage my information for their own capital gains, as well as spying on my proprietary data and the like, scamming my business and software to get my information.  All happening to frequently via Microsoft’s platform. The time changes, use of one drive constantly being finagled, one drive not being accessible unless, I sign in constantly or sync.  Basically, I am being locked out of my data stored in your device and email platform if I don’t use one drive.  The fact that Microsoft has the access to remove emails is extremely disturbing. Cyber attacks etc.?  How is it your company can make changes to individuals’ information, take control of peoples’ data on a whim without any viable explanations that makes sense? These issues must be addressed immediately.  As your public reasoning behind this problem and stance in the world that uses your platform again, is very disturbing to say the least.  Every email removed from my email address must be returned and retrieved asap in the same form it was taken.  Your company is a trillion dollar company and should have a capable systematic approach to IT issues and monitoring such activity.  Microsoft certainly shouldn’t have the issues others’ and I who own and use your devices and platforms are experiencing today.  It just doesn’t make sense.  Please clarify.

hors je n'aime pas dutout la nouvelle version de messagerie merci a microsof de faire en sorte de regler le souci de outlokk avan que je change de messagerie et le plus rapidement possible

I have tried this. If someone replies on the same thread, most likely it will be moved back to the focus folder. Now I've just opened my Outlook and the folder is there again.
