I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

Im having the same issue
It's not an Outlook issue. It's an Exchange issue.
And btw it's fixed for me
AdminDisplayVersion : Version 15.20 (Build 7409.31) <--works
ExchangeVersion : 0.20 (15.0.0.0)
You need to check the Exchange version, not the app version
Using powershell and connecting to exchange online you can check your version with this command
Get-Mailbox mailboxUser | fl *version
Legacy Outlook is still not syncing. Please provide an update as to when we can expect a resolution. Currently having to work through office 365 online, which is cumbersome.
