For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I can not access my account and I don't know what is going on.
This is total ****. I have had this account for 30 plus years. I have important work information that I need now. I have personal information that I need now. I have money information that I need now. How dare you lock me out of my account and leave me in this spot.
I have spent at least 5 hours following your directions to get in and I cant do it.
This is not damn game. I have sensitive information that I must have for work. I do not have time to keep trying this over and over.
This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate.
I need to access my Hotmail account now or I will be in serious trouble. Why? Because you have locked me out for no reason.

I need help , apparently someone was trying to get into my account and failed the password to many times “so Microsoft” was saying.
I know my password I’ve had same password for years.
Had to make this email just to write on here.
My original account email is ******@hotmail.com I need to get into my account as soon as possible I have orders and important things on there.
I’ve answered all questions but I made the account years ago and can’t rember all the details surely Hotmail should let me in knowing I know my own password.
The number it’s asking for is an old number that I no longer have access to
