I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

Hello for 2 months now or more my father in his Microsoft account said something about suspicious activity ever since then he couldn’t check his emails he has received no new emails it don’t now show anything new at all could someone please help.

I had problems last week - where I did not receive any e-mails nor could I send any! When all of a sudden, the problem resolved itself and everything is working normally.
