Send updates only to added or deleted attendees in new outlook

I am using New Outlook and no longer have the ability when adding or deleting an attendee from a calendar event to only send to those added or deleted. The "Send" button doesn't have a drop down it send to everyone on the list every time a change is made to the attendee list.

    For New Outlook this feature is currently released to Targeted Release at 100%. It should start going to production any day now. I had previously put my test tenant users on Targeted Release, and I do see the feature now when updating meetings. If you urgently need this functionality, ask your Tenant Admin to put you on Targeted Release, Set up the Standard or Targeted release options - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. It's not complicated to for the Tenant Admin to do this so should be a reasonable request.

    Here is the dialog I saw today when testing it. Looks like the button is not drawing properly on my machine but it worked fine.

    I had 12 meeting invites that I was updating.. over 600 people across the 12.. and many got over 20 updates. I am so embarrassed and look so incompetent.

    The Outlook Team is working on this functionality. It's a big work item and taking longer than originally expected. There is no formal timeline yet, but it will be later this year.

    Yes, please have this fixed - its an extremely annoying feature. Understand the fix was scheduled for March- it is now April.
