Our users are unable to use the Outlook To Do app in the Outlook desktop client.

It gives the error "There was a problem connecting to this app". Just doing a quick Google search it looks like a widespread problem. I have a ticket open with MS but no answers yet.

It does work in the Outlook online app.

    The To Do list feature was working when I uninstalled Office and reinstalled everything yesterday due to some other issues we were having. But then all of a sudden, I was getting this error. These steps did the trick! WooHoo! Thank you.

    Thank you for the recommendation. Unfortunately, It did not work for me (as well as resetting the Office Cache).

    Any news from the Microsoft Ticket?
    Unfortunatley the recommended solution offered in this cummunity does not work for our users (delete Office cache folders)
